A boy molded in his mother’s aspirations for him.
Focus on group gatherings. There is something nagging at you that makes you feel like you must do something unplanned. You feel hesitant, but this is a larger goal than just you. No matter what kind of welcome, you will still feel empowered towards unity. Focus on the source of a problem that may arise. The issue is about manifestation? What are your methods? You push out anything you don’t want in your space. You stand tall for the truths that you hold dear. There is love and creativity in your heart. Let your inner parent tap into that and coax your inner child. Receptiveness will lead you to a very keen awareness. Tune in. Seneca once said, “True wisdom consists in not departing from nature and in molding our conduct according to her laws and model.”
A symbolical battle between ‘swords’ and ‘torches’.
Focus on creation. You may not be in a position to move forward with what you want to create, but you can seek out those who are above-board and influential. The issue has to do with whether to stay or go. To borrow some words from the Clash: If you stay it will be trouble and if you go it will be double. Still….you are in the right place at the right time, no matter what is happening or not happening. A retreat leads to crisp decisions and pointed desires. Swords are the symbol of might. Torches are the symbol of enlightenment. Which will you choose for battle? Concentrate on what is behind the scenes until you can move without conflict. Whoopi Goldberg once said, “We’re here for a reason. I believe a bit of the reason is to throw little torches out to lead people through the dark.”
A gold rush tears men away from their native soil.
Focus on your regiment. Moving forward with others will bring good fortune for everyone. It is important that you understand how the goals of others effect you. The issue has to do with a lack of cooperation. A common goal will help you to find a better place. Pray. You are not ready to jump off the wagon because you are slightly hesitant and unclear about this new world that seems to be opening up to you. Really listen to what other people want and feel. Be generous with yourself. In the words of Henry Miller, “Develop an interest in life as you see it; the people, things, literature, music-the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls and interesting people. Forget yourself.”
In a portrait the best of a man’s features and traits are idealized.
Focus on your response. Try a centered gaze, because someones authority will be challenged. The issue has to do with isolating yourself. You pray and you pray. You talk and you talk. Sometimes you don’t know what to do. Whoever doesn’t know what a kind and giving person you are does not know you well. You don’t feel like a victim, because you have a keen understanding of the ups and downs in life. However, you will want to be direct and clear. Know when to be simple. Know when to have a light heart. The Buddha once said, “All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.”
A soldier receiving two awards for bravery in combat.
Focus this week on community. There’s a little bit of snootiness going around and it will be a big bummer if you miss the chance to collaborate. You’ve got the juice this week… You’re a delight and still…. events take you by surprise. The trouble will be in you moving on from what has already passed. A new phase of your life is beginning. Don’t give your attention to anything dark that threatens your achievements. The Buddha once said, “Good men and bad men differ radically. Bad men never appreciate kindness shown them, but wise men appreciate and are grateful. Wise men try to express their appreciation and gratitude by some return of kindness, not only to their benefactor, but to everyone else.”
The seed grows into knowledge and life.
Focus on being conscientious. If you plan ahead you can avoid things you would rather not have to go up against. The issue is doubt. If you surrender yourself and look past the drama you may have an event for laughter and relief. You are afraid to be vulnerable and what comes across to us is either aloofness or flamboyance. Concentrate on continuance and conservation. Your seed will grow. Susan Taylor once said, “Seeds of faith are always within us; sometimes it takes a crisis to nourish and encourage their growth.”
Two Chinese men talking Chinese (in a western crowd).
The focus is on change. When so many new variables begin to show up its nice to be able to find a familiar safe place for your thoughts and ideas. It may feel like nobody is supporting you when in fact you just haven’t experienced the amount of clarity you are about to experience. This is pretty radical change but if you check in with yourself regularly the outcome will be worth the preparation. Keep some things under wraps. This is the time to be accepting of the bad along with the good…. Aristophanes once said, “High thoughts must have high language.”
