An old Indian woman selling beads.
Do not focus on a hopeless cause. Move on with your life and pour love into what you do. The issue has to do with restoring your energy reserves. You are impatient. It takes time for your plans to manifest. Its like beading: the process may be slow but the end result is a work of art. Be active with your generosity. Strive for humanitarianism and modesty. There is an old Hausa proverb that says, “Accomplishment of purpose is better than making a profit.”
A teacher gives new symbolic forms to traditional images.
Focus on responsiveness. Strike a chord within yourself that is deliberate and true to nature. Make no declaration. Allow your virtues to quietly permeate your affairs. The issue has to do with self-doubt. You aren’t tapping into your creativity. Ideas seem to be on lock-down and you are unable to come out with how you really feel. Your emotions are set on short-term goals. Being modest now is going to help you with a confrontation later. Your best course of action is with a high-minded attitude. Hold to your ethics. Demonstrate wisdom and fair play. Not all teachings have the same package. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe once said, “A teacher who can arouse a feeling for one single good action, for one single good poem, accomplishes more than he who fills our memory with rows and rows of natural objects, classified with name and form.”
A pageant moving along a street packed with people.
Focus on discouragement. If you continue feeling down on yourself and your environment you will have misfortune. You are just bored. Way more can be accomplished by shrugging off what comes too easy and look for a way to contribute. The issue has to do with being closed off. Its like your walking in a pageant parade up the street…waiting…waiting.. You are not fully relaxed into your true self. Maybe that’s because you aren’t feeling too sure about yourself right now. This is going to pass. You have a goal that is unfolding. For now, rearrange your priorities and resolve to move in a direction that suits you best. P.T. Barnum once said, “Every crowd has a silver lining.”
A houseboat party.
You’ve got some thinking to do. The issue is about timing. You may find it hard to give in to a flurry of activity. Even if you wanted to have fun you couldn’t. You see what’s going on here. You know that in the end there could be consequences. When the party is over than you got no place to go. However, if you sit back and allow yourself some real contemplation you are certain to find answers that point you once more back to trust and a proper direction. Buddha once said, “The only real failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows.”
Winter frost in the woods.
Focus this week on innocence. Sometimes even innocence brings chaos. Its not the best time for you to make a start. There will be no progress. The best thing to do is to rely only on your own senses and not anyone else ‘s….at least this week. The issue has to do with this monumental change that you don’t feel like celebrating. You don’t understand yet. Luckily you are able to move past any dramatics, but it still takes a whole lot to keep you steady emotionally. A better time will come later to make a move. John Steinbeck once said, “Lord, how the day passes~ It is like a life, so quickly when we don’t watch it, and so slowly if we do.”
Butterfly emerging from a chrysalis.
The focus this week will be on decisions. A revision is being made and once you have decided on it you must persevere. The issue is grace. You make a real push to accomplish something and find yourself fearful when you can no longer feel your center. Keep on going. Your innocence will be waiting for you after the transformation. Sarah Jessica Parker once said, “Some people are settling down, some people are settling and some people refuse to settle for anything less than butterflies.”
A petrified forest.
Your best bet is to align yourself with humanity. The connection you make is not going to make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things, but it will be good. The issue has to do with divergent goals. You can adapt. Whether you need to be the leader or the follower really makes no difference to you. You are pulling the group energy in your direction and the general consensus is caution. Are there selfish interests within the group? What kind of time do your personal goals take? Are you paying REAL attention to the lives of people around you? You’ve been spending quite a bit of time alone and are starting to come out of your realm. Its going to be a difficult beginning, but in the end it will be all worth it. A. Whitney Brown once joked, “I am as frustrated with society as a pyromaniac in a petrified forest.”
